Catch-up on Stanford Cryptography course

Cryptography class - need a better source of definitions than video slides.

especially for "semantically secure" and "Advantage"

Love Apptana, very useful putting together a local record of what I need.  Also need to monitor the Safari reading list more closely, there is so much.

Still need to go through entire work flow, from app update, to doc, to doxygen,  to publish on dzeek.net
